Road map to learn CRM right from basics for a novice

Dear Experts,

I am a BI consultant and recently in my organization we are implementing CRM along with MObile technology.

So inorder to learn CRM like doing configuration and middleware settings to load masters from ECC and setup delta.

What would be the learning map can somebody give me the list of things and their order so that i can start learning.

hi

if you aspire to be a functional consultant,you need to get aware of the base fundamentals of CRM CR100,it will leave a good impression on your mind regarding the functioning of CRM,

then you can proceed with SAP best practice documents like

C22,C23,C10,C17,C37, these are readily available on net.

as you are BI consultant,it will infact help you understand things much better.

Go through CR500 and get to know all the possible scenario's in Mobile, if you have good undersatnding about CDB its good.
