Why table EBAN & EKPO inconsistant

In table EBAN, fileds EBAN-EBELN (purchase order) & EBAN-EBELP(purchase order item), I can see there is a PO item, which means a PO created from this PR , but when I go to check table EKPO, enter the PO number & item, in fileds EKPO-BANFN(Purchase requisition) & EKPO-BNFPO(Purchase requisition item), there is blank, can't see the PR that linked to this PO. what is the cause for this?

You can can also check table M_MEKKE form PR to RFQ and PO link

Just make sure that the PO created is Using me59n or me21n

some time if the po created using Me59n and you have combined the reqs at me59n level then you wont see the req number in the PO
