Can any one give me an idea of how to trigger an workflow by incomming mail.
outlook is configured with sap inbox, now iam receiving mail once i got an workitem in my sap inbox. now my requirment is if i reply the mail from outlook, how to receive the mail , is there any RFC? , Bapi?. pls suggest me.
