Does anyone know where we can change this message from Error to warning?

Hi,

I missed one thing. There is a setting in the delivery Item category customizing (0VLP) in field 'Check minimum qty'. Here if you choose 'A', the error message should turn to a warning message.

Hopefully, this should solve your problem.

Not sure, whether this will work however, you can make an attempt.

Go to OVA2 and do the following

a) select H - Delivery Item and click on Procedures

b) select L0 - Outb.Dely Item and click on Fields

c) Select the box under "Warning" for the table LIPSD - Field PIKMG and try

There is no direct way to customize this specific message (normally you can customize some Delivery error messages via tx OVM1).

In this case, the error occurs because of value in the material master - Tab Sales: sales org 1 -> field Min dely. qty. Because the delivery quantity is less than this value, you get this error message.

I did look at OVM1 TC and couldn't find this particualr messae. is tehre some place else that we can change thse messaes from warning to errors just like we can in OVAH at order level?
