ESS role " missing and get error when doing page preview

I have ECC5.0 and ERp7.0,sp13. I started doing ESS implementation and facing these 2 issue

These are the files which i have downloaded for my ESS

Now when i try to assign the role "com.sap.pct.ess.employee_self_service' i could not find this role.

Under the ESScontent folder in portal these are sub folder present 1.Workset 2.Page 3.Iview . There is no role folder.

Also when i do any preview of the age present under page folder i am getting this error

Can some one explain why i am having this issue .

I will really appriceiate as we are going for testing coming monday
