Not able to remove user as Mitigation approver from access control owner list

User has been removed from all the positions maintianed in Organizations & Mitigation control IDS list ,but still not able to remove the user id from Access control owners list .

gettimg as below error.

If I correctly understand your question about not able to remove userid assigned in access control owner group then, you need to check to details (1) Did you assign userid directly to access control owner list if so, you need to remove it manually or (2) Did you assign users/userid through sap 'user group' then it will automatically take care after you do a repository sync job.

In case above to mentioned 2 details not answered you question then please do share some screen shot for more clarity
