Hellow sir / madam

I am trying to create an purchase orderhru me21n but the thing is every time I have to select article number one by one. Is there any way to select or input multiple article / barcode at same time to save time and to make other vendor PO at same time.

Thank you for your feedback

Ali

Hi Najmul,

Can you please elaborate a bit more on your question ? May be a couple of screen-shots of what you are trying to do will help us understand your question clearly and possibly suggest something.

Thanks & Regards.

With a better overall process design you might be able to create POs more convenient for you. I speak here about using MRP to create requisitions automatically, to have source lists and info records in place to allow SAP an automatic source determination, to use ME59N for automatic creation of purchase orders. And if you are not ready for ME59N yet then ME57 might be the better starting point to create purchase orders with multiple items based on requisitions that you assign manually or automatically to the same source of supply

You are then taken from ME57 to ME21N screen and can easily drag and drop several requisitions from the document overview window into the shopping cart of your purchase order.

If you can't have such integrated process with requisitions and source determination and can only create POs manually then you might need to discuss your requirement with an ABAPer who can then code an alternative transaction for you that does exactly how you want it to be and creates the PO then with a BAPI call.
