Bid invitation

Hi Gurus

I am facing a problem, when I create a Bid invitation there is some text fields both on header level and item level, thats fine but when the supplier logon for bidding he can see a text field called "purchaser remarks" the problem is that I didn't have a field like that when I create the Bid.

So where is the input field for purchaser remarks

Furthermore if I put anything into the e.g. tendering text the "purchaser remarks" disapear form the bidding screen and the supplier can not see the field anymore

Apply SAP note 995042 then you should be able to view the "Purchasers Remarks".

Hi,

Information from purchaser is nothing but the Bid invitation item level Tendering text.

This should be available in the bid invitation item level tender text.

Hope this will resolve the problem.

Can you check the text type setting in SPRO? Unless the text type is enabled, they cant be seen by the bidders.
