Archiving Status DFKKCOLL

Hello Everyone,

I'd like to know if anybody has passed for a situation as I will mentioned. A technical analyse was did from our SAP Basis team and they understood that currently during the collection agency process is ocurring a high machine consumption when the process have select the status 10 in DFKKCOLL table. Anyone has passed for this situation? Is there any SAP report that can be useful to free space from DFKKCOLL according to a specific status? Kind regards,

Take a look at archiving object FI_MKKCOLL which will handle collection agency items

Looks like a great option but I am thinking in a solution that to compare if the document is also cleared in DFKKOP

Do you know a standard report as you mentioned before but to transfer status from DFKKCOLL ?

I guess I don't understand your issue or what you want to do. Transfer what to where?

I'm looking if has a solution to delete cleared items with status 10 from DFKKCOLL.

You can run program RLOCKS_2_HIST which will transfer expired lock entries from DFKKLOCKS to DFKKLOCKSH.
