Bex report not getting data from Remote cube

Hi Experts,

Can you please tell me under what conditions a BW and R\3 Reconciliation report may not be able to fetch the data from a SAP Remote cube?

(Warning message: Unable to read data from Source System and remote cube)

Apart from the below conditions:

Source system connection-O.K

List cube shows data for Remote cube

Proper Remote cube selected in BEx Query.

Hi,

Have you checked the authorizations in the query ? If the list cube works it might be at the query level.

Are you using security policies to connect to the source system (trusted connections, name of the user...) ?

If tere are policies, check that the same user can see the data in the query and the listcube...

I have checked those. All the authorizations are in place. This report was working fine until some time back.

Any other ideas on this?
