Hi Gurus,
Iam a basis admin guy and one of the end user raised a ticket saying that IPC could not be connected. I really dont know whether IPC dispatcher exists in that land scape. Please tell me how to check whether IPC dispatcher configured or not?
And also please let me know what are the steps to configure IPC dispatcher.

You should indicate the CRM version that you are running, because for CRM 4.0 the IPC is an external program and for CRM 5.0 and up the IPC is internal in ABAP stack. Without this info, the responses you receive may not apply or be incorrect.
