MRP element data missing for material in MD04

Hi

I have issue consisting of PP & subcontracting

I have added a material in component list which is unplanned ,(due to which for this particular material reservation not created --This is assumption). And when i make MD04 for 1 component among the list in MRP element data material code for this unplanned material missing .

So can Rajesha Vittal or any 1 who is interested plz help me out corelate all these activities .

Any way i have to bring this unplanned materials--- material code in MRP element data

Put ur view to solve this issue

Hi Naresh,

Confirm that the material that you have added is non-stock item or inventory managed stock.

In md04 you cannot see the requirement of non-stock item.

Hi Kaushik , this item is stock item .

1 more thing is that client says he enters this item on eleventh hr that means without reservation of this material . So how come this pt help to solve the issue.

This problem is with only for this material .

Hi,

Please letus knoe where u have included tha unplanned component. Is it in BOM (CS01) or Purchase order if u do subcontracting .

How do u create procurement proposals ie Via MRP or Manually.
