com.sap.httpclient.HttpClient missing

For server side HTTP-requests the online [help|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwce10/helpdata/en/45/b4d3d7943c0039e10000000a11466f/content.htm] gives us a nice [sample|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwce10/helpdata/en/45/b442d8945d2734e10000000a155369/content.htm].

However it does not tell us where to load the com.sap.httpclient library from. NW CE Dev Studio is not able to find the library for compiling. Does anyone know where it would be located?
