ST03N issue u0096 DATA for some users is missing.

Hi,

In our solution manager 4.0, ST03N is not showing data for some users. I also checked that background jobs SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_JOBSTATISTIC and SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR are scheduled hourly in the system.

In user profile under user column it shows UNKNOWN & some other user’s data, how can I get the data for all the users?
