Does anyone know how to print a billing document from an STO?

Hi

Please check whether Output Determination procedure is assigned to your Billing Type ZZIV using Tcode and also the output type mentioned in the Billing type (just below the procedure). Check for the output condition records for this Output type using Tcode VV32/33.

Dear Attiq Ahmed

As per your query I understand that you are looking for output for STO Billing if that is your requirement then assign Output Type (to be created in NACE) to Billing type in VV31 .

Steps for the same

1.Create Billing Type for STO

2.create Output Type with Program and smartform attached to it.

3.Assign Billing type to Output type in VV31 to get Output automatically during billing.

Check the o/p type in the header output.

Check the status (it should be green)

Check the communication method, where a logical destination should be mentioned.

Once this settings are done then it should work fine.

The output type is already there, the requirement is to print at billing doc at a different location but using STO as the search criteria...
