Hi,
I have inherited a BPC system with some complex Forms. I am trying to set one of these up for offline distribution and collection. The distribution works fine. The collection fails with a message "an error has occurred while trying to save data for the workbook ..." Can anyone assist me in debugging this. Is there any sort of log that will allow me to see the cause. Does anyone have tips on common errors when running a collection.

Hi Vadim,
I have made some progress and would appreciate your insight. I took a look at a schedule in the distributed folder. There I noticed
If the schedule no longer contains a report then we should not be surprised that the collect step fails. So the question now is how is it that the EPM Add-in no longer recognizes the schedule as containing a report?
There are two things I can think of:
Can you offer suggestions as to a reason for this behavior?

Sorry, but the error can be a result of incorrect template design.
I recommend to create very simple template and test collection.
