Hi,
Just check for your claims wagetype in system... claims amount should get balanced.
First check the posting characteristic of wagetype..for claims...Symbolic account for samen .it should be assigned to balance sheet account... Check for wagetype /561 and /563..for them no need of any assignment just you put last date as 31.12.9999. There should be two entries in table T52EL..then u can check.
hi,
This problem occurs only when there is change in the pay viz system will generate arrears. I assume you haveconfigured rules IN42, IN43 & IN44 to show arrears separately in the RT and payslip.
If the above scenario is true then you will have to remove the posting characteristics of arrears wage types, this will resolve your problem.

hi,
in SPRO go to node - "Define Posting Characteristics of Wage Types", execute the node, select the arrears wage type, double clik on the "posting a wage type" this will show the posting characteristics, viz assignment of symbolic accounts etc., you have to remove this characteristics for arrears wage type only.
You also have to assign symbolic accounts to wage types /551 & /552
You have not confirmed to to my assumptions.
regards
