How do you manage Knowledgement Transfer & Retention in SuccessFactors?

We are pursuing enhancing the current process at our Fortune 500 Company in relation to Knowledge Management and/or Knowledge Transfer & Retention.

Ideally we would be able to track those who are identified as "At Risk" Knowledge holders, the "Type" of knowledge, and that status of the transfer/retention process.

Before deep diving into something that I would have to create from the ground up, I was wondering if anyone in the community is already doing something within SuccessFactors, and would be willing to share how they manage Knowledge in SuccessFactors?
