too long to login company

Dear Experts,

One of the client machine is taking 1 hour to login the company. after entering the username and password , its taking more than hour to show the SAP screen. How to resolve this ?

Please provide us with details of the client hardware, and Windows version.

Also let us know if the B1 client was a clean install or has it been upgraded from an older version or patch level?

Are there a lot of alerts in the OALR table for these users?

Does your SBO server has more than 1 network card enabled?

Hi Sath,

Is there antivirus and or firewall (including Windows Firewall) installed on the PC ?

If so, please turn all antivirus and firewall off, and try again.

Its windows 7 OS. 2 GB RAM. Its a clean install , not a upgradation.
