(WM) How to release putaway or pick stock manually?

I have pending release stock from putaway or pick qty. The TO has already been confirmed. I suspect the TO has qty differences. I have difficulties to release the putaway/pick qty from the dynamic bin. Needs your help on how to release the putaway stock / pick qty from warehouse no.

Let me detail my case. See my paste from SAP,

Actually the TO confirmed already and the DO also been PGI. Totally the DO was completed. Before, I can not confirm the TO because of base unit of measure. The DO picking qty was in PAC and the TO was in EA. There was a conversion error in the TO from PAC to EA and the TO gave difference qty @ 0.001. At LT12, I changed the UoM from EA to PAC to avoid the conversion error. The confirm was Ok. After that I found the pending TO to be confirmed as above. I need to clear the issue for audit purpose. My problem, I can not touch at all the stock because the stock is tied to the TO and the DO. The TO and the DO was completed. That's the probelm I face. Need your helps on how to release the stock. Any suggestion would be great.
