Get HardWareKey

Hi all,

I need to get hardwarekey with SDK. I search the topics. All the topics are mentioned about the SBOLicenseLib dll. But i cant find this dll at my computer.

How can i get hardware key or this dll?

Our sap b1 version is 9.3
