Documents are not paid in APP

hi guru's

few documents are not paid though they are captured in proposal list in APP and showing the below error message.

" Item can not be paid due to inconsistent withholding tax information"

pls help me.

I believe sometimes if you have changed the tax information of a vendor after you posted documents, you have to convert those documents to include withholding tax before you can pay them out. You do this generally before year end & also after you converted certain vendors to have withholding tax. Execute the program RFWT0020 to show all those documents & then convert them & then try running your APP & it should work.
