Hello SAP Gurus,

We have a requirement to settle the commission for the sales partners based on whether a group of partners has achieved the minimum revenue amount.

We are trying to achieve this via Rebate Functionality.

Multiple Partners can come under a same sales group and so the target (minimum revenue amount to be achieved) will be maintained for this Group instead of individual partners.

We have done the customer hierarchy configuration and have a dummy node at higher level. We have assigned the partners to this node.

Since we have to process the payout to the Sales Partner (who will not be the sold-to/payer), we have tried to use the extended rebate functionality and defined the VARKEY for picking the Sales Partner for rebate processing.

We created the Agreement for the Dummy Node and maintained the Minimum expected Revenue in the Scale value .

But system is allowing to settle even when this Scale Value is not reached.

Is there any other place to define this value or doesnt extended rebate functionality support this?

Note: We have copied the standard 0004 rebate agreement type, created a Z rebate agreement type and done the Extended Rebate Functionality for the same.

The Scale Value is working fine as the minimum revenue amount, for another agreement type which is not set as Extended Rebate Functionality.

Any suggestion on this is highly appreciated.

Can you reconfirm that the condition record is maintained with scale? If so, Rebate functionality will not work under scale and you need to go with modification as recommended in OSS note 1002874
