Usage Decision Long Text language

Hi All,

We need to change the default language of the Usage decision long text.Can someone suggest how to achieve this.

The language of the long text I believe is the default language of the user creating it. If you set the default language to EN for instance for all your users, and prevent them from changing their language, any long text created would be in EN.
