HTTPS and access to sap

Dear All,

We are trying to use HTTPS protocol for accessingto sap system. Can any one tell me how to do this ? So that user can access the sap service through internet using HTTPS.

Rajeev,

I am assuming you are currently accessing SAP via browser with HTTP protocol and you just want to enable SSL. This link should help you configure your ABAP for SSL.

What errors are you getting? Can you follow the link I sent and identify what you have done and what else is remaining? Post error logs if you have any.

Hello RK,

I am working on it. I have a doubt on this, Is the certificate required for the SSL comes with a price? is it freely available? Our system is ABA+java ecc 6.0 system . We are planning to give access to users through internet using HTTPS. so using webgui and Https i think we can make it?

pls guide me in this.

We have our own CA. Did you check http://service.sap.com/tcs as described in the documentation?
