I have one issue with Dispute Management Workflow. The workflow template for this dispute management is WS90000034. I have done some modification to this by copying it. After making the changes I run the workflow in our CT1(Test system) landscape where it is working fine just triggering one workflow for one dispute case. But when I transported it to our PE1 (production server) then here it is triggering two workflows for one dispute case.
I have checked the event linkage which is same in both the systems (CT1 as well as in PE1). Can anybody guide me why there are two different behaviours related to two systems. I just can't figure it out what settings I have to make in PE1 system so that it just trigger one workflow per dispute case.
