Time Wage Type and Pay Scale

Dear Experts;

I have a customer who is not applying the time evaluation for the attendance, but there is an issue with a wage type. This wage type is paid based on the pay scale type. If the employee is on type 01 then he'll get a specific amount if he's on type 02 then he'll get another specific amount.

The case is, this amount should be paid in case the employee has worked a certain number of days, and as they are not recording the attendance so we'll take the absence into consideration instead of the attendance.

So what should be done is, if the employee took some absence types with total number of days more than 15, then he won't get this wage type, but if he took 15 days or less then the amount of that wage type will be prorated based on 30 days.

Can you guide me how to write that logic and how to link the payroll and time PCRs with each other.
