Firefighter Log report review.


Ours is ID based FF Access. Everything seems working fine and when I check in " Search requests --> FF log report review " , I could see requests in pending status. Problem is when I click on any one log and Click on " Open " , all details are populated but the FireFighter column seem Empty. Not sure where to check regarding this. (Please refer the screenshot) for detailsissue.png

    I could see " FF " column for other FF-id's . Only for few FF-id's the Firefighter user column is blank.

    that happens when the Firefighter user does not exist any longer. It's picking the values from GRACUSER tables and if the user has been deleted, or is not synced yet, then the column remains empty.

      Thanks much for responding.

      First point is the ' FireFighter ' user exists in the system. His/Her account is active. If you say the user is not synced yet? Is this something related to background jobs? please add more info, how shall I check this?
