Deployment takes forever sometimes

Hi,

Sometimes I have a following problem while deploying a Web Dynpro application from NWDS.

The deployment process never ends. I've tried restarting sdm, but it doesn't help.

In the Deploy Output View i can see:

Created a temporary copy

Start deployment

and nothing changes.

Any ideas what is causing this?

Didn't do anything, its ok now.

Hi,

Please take the ear file from your workspace and ask your system administrator to deploy.You can find your ear file at the belowmentioned location..

C:\Documents and Settings\*<username>\*.dtc\0\DCs\*<package name>\<DC name>*\_comp\gen\default\deploy

this may help you to know the root cause for your problem.

I can't login to SDM. Maybe that is a cause.
