Customization of portal desktop : invalid class name ?

Hello

I've created a new masthead iView for the portal, following many tutorials, but after changing some line of the headeriview.jsp file and exporting the project under a different name, when I launch the preview I obtain :

Invalid Class name : null for portal component com.sap.portal.mastheadTEST.default ..

Do I have to change something in the portalapp.xml ? Or have I made other mistakes ?

I think it was the portalapp.xml... or something in a "how to" guide that I forgot to do.
