Dear,

I have Oracle 12 database localhost installed on the windows 10 server.

During Installation I am getting error while trying to resolve the existing database as Oracle.

Cannot Verify Database Login Information [INS00104]

The oracle connections are working fine in SQL developer and ODBC DNS .

Also tried with Scott/Tiger username no luck.

Server: Windows Server 10

DB: Oracle 12

BOP: SAP BOP 4.2 SP4

Any Help Checked many related links no luck..

I probably would have tagged this question with a primary topic of Business Objects, since if you can connect to the database this seems more an application installation configuration issue than the database set-up.

Presumably, you have reviewed these:

The latter points to an SAP note, while the former references a few other notes.

One clue I noticed was 32-bit versus 64-bit; please provide details on the client, server and app bits.
