Incidents raised through transaction SM_CRM is not showing in MY INCIDENT Fiori application.

Hello Experts,

I have activated the fiori apps i.e. Create Incident and My Incidents in Solution Manager System. I can able to see all the incident in My Incidents application which was created by me through Create Incident application. I am unable to see the tickets which is created by me thorugh transaction SM_CRM ITSM tool. Could anyone help me to let me know whether I have miss any configuration or any enhancement is required here.
