How to create a new company with complete settings from an existing company

I need to create a new company with the complete skeleton of an existing company. I need to migrate everything (users, settings, custom user fields, business partners, purchase & selling items, custom SQL's, printing preferences, document layout).

I want basically to copy everything except:

1) All accounting / sales documents (invoices, orders, A/R).

2) Balances (of BP and vendors).

How to do that? Thank you.

    Hi,

    Using Data Management, you can copy data from db to another DB. Refer below screen shot,
