How do I exempt an employee from the Employee Family Leave Insurance tax

I have configured the New York Family Leave tax in SAP using the tax type 87. All NY employees are currently being taxed correctly. Problem is I have been told we need to exempt selective employees. The tax appears to be all or nothing. Can anyone assist on how selected employees can be exempt?
