How to Preview E-Mails from hunt group queue mode on the CDT ?

We have configured one of our queues to a Hunt Group queue mode and assigned agents serving on the queue the below rights:

  • Rights to serve in the particular queue.
  • Rights to view statistics of a queue.
  • Rights to manage queue’s contact history

The search limit has also been set to 500 as the default value. Unfortunately, when we click on the the E-Mail tab, the E-mails are not viewed in a list mode/format. Please find the attached screenshot of the error.

Kindly advise if there are any additional step needed to successfully preview E-Mails of a Hunt group queue mode on the CDT.

Based on provided picture it seems that user is logged in to voicemail queue, but not to others. Please note that to be able to see email from hunt email queue you need to be logged in to the queue.
