What are the list of mandatory business functions need to be activated in compliance with very generic CRM base customization (post-installation)?

    Hello Chand,

    I'm not aware of any 'mandatory' business functions. Depending on your business scenarios you might however require some of the business functions to be activated. Please find a list of all business functions in the online help:
