Configuration of Netweaver Mobile Administrator for 7.1 using ABAP WebDynpr

I am having trouble finding the documentation on how to configure the NW Mobile Administrator for NW Mobile 7.1. We are running with only an ABAP stack, we are not using the NW Mobile Administrator on Enterprise Portal. The help.sap.com page just gives details on how to setup on the portal side, not on the ABAP side.

Specifically, there are a lot of services that need to be activated for the Mobile Administrator to work properly. Interestingly, the documentation states how to get to the Mobile Administrator, then later in the documentation instructs how to configure the DOE with a report. I don't know if this a problem with the documentation being out of order, but I can't run the initial config script as I am applying notes before applying SP05 packages.

Anyone done this before?
