Need help on launching my sap fiori launchpad designer.

What would be the reason for this?

And how should I be able to resolve this?

Does the URL work when you replace vhcalhdbdb.dummy.nodomain with the IP address?

The simplest way would be to login to your Gateway SAP system and run the transaction - /UI2/FLPD_CUST. That would give you the correct Domain, Port details...
