Interactive forms for Lead Management in SAP CRM 5.0

Hi,

I would like to get more details on Interactive forms for Lead Management in SAP CRM 5.0. I saw a ppt which mentions the availability of a Lead management scenario, which is an Offline scenario involving external channel partner, in SAP CRM 5.0. I would appreciate any information or config guides on this as we are planning to implement an offline solution for Call reports in CRM 5.0.
