Can I set up "count" for number of emails open? For use in Score Builder 1608?

Activity level of a contact

Hi All..

I have the Business Requiremen -

1) When a contact opens an e-mail, he/she should be given a score of 50 for each mail opened

2) When a contact clicks in an e-mail, he/she should be given a score of 100 for each mail clicked

    Hello Kim,

    I would suggest followings:

    1. in "Simple Score" application under Data Management -> create a score
    2. in the score -> under rules -> create a rule using attribute "Interactiontype" (e-mail opened or link clicked) and "Aginginteractions" (Days)
    3. assign proper score value
    4. assign it to factsheet attribute and release it
    5. then the score would be assigned automatically to contact fact sheet
