Hi guys -

Each time I try to download any text files form Data Manager - Download to my local machine it appears to empty. The file is there but zero content.

I am using a Citrix connection. Also, the Citrix Administrator said there is nothing wrong with the server side and he recommended maybe the current EPM-in is a real culprit.

The version I am using is Version 10 SP Patch 3.NET4 / Build 9630.

Please let me know if any of you have a solution for it.

Thanks,

Hardip

EPM SP is missing. Please provide. And post some screenshots to see what are you doing.

Size 3065 can mean nothing.

Try to preview file using menu preview option to ensure that it has something inside.

Also you can use UJFS transaction to download file.

Hi Vadim -

Please find the screenshot of the Data Preview. There is data but once the text file downloaded to local drive its deleted.

UJFS was a good idea. However, we can't grant the access to the end users.

Thanks,

Hardip

Strange, looks like a Citrix related issue. Try the same without Citrix (same epm and same office version).

Hi Vadim - Wish you a Happy New Year.

Looks like it is failed after I tried without Citrix and maintenance the same EPM and MS Office version.

I will try to re-install the EPM Add-in from the different version and patch.

Thanks,

Hardip
