Information about Solution manager from 3.0 to 4.3

Hi Guys,

I am Basis consultent having supprot experiance, I would like to learn new components like solution mamager. can some one guide me like what to read about solution manager and how to install solution manager on windows 2000 server (right from downloading DVDs from service market place.) if some one can give me enlitenmet about complete process of pre installtion, installation & post installation that would be great.
