Sales order is blocked on allocation

Hello experts,

I have no idea about Product allocation, but I got one issue that sales order is blocked for Delivery due to allocation(Cust.Alloc.Block),even though allocation has been set in MC94.

Kindly suggest how can I proceed in this ?

Hi Shiva,

I found one sales order in back order report V.15 but that sales order is in completed status and that SO is having same material and Sales area.I am not sure why its showing in V.15 report.Could you please guide me what can be checked next ?

Hi,

first you need to find out if the delivery block is due to product allocation or settings of automatic block from document type or schedule line category,also need to check if any exit or enhancement is triggering the block

I checked that, there is no block in Doc type and Schedule line category as well. And how can I check if there is any Exit or enhancement for this block ?

Check in MV45AFZZ. In fact, if you are a functional consultant, ask ABAP team to look into this

Closing the the issue as the issue got resolved. tehre was a system refresh problem and after that it got resolved

Please try to add more screen shots wherever possible, for better understanding. Not sure, how you were indicating that the sale order is blocked due to product allocation. It could be due to other reasons also.
