How to Fix Column Width in Customized SAP Reports

Hello Experts,

Could you please explain how can users (not developers) can fix column width in customized SAP reports.

Firstly i execute the report and arrange the column width but when i turned back to selection screen and execute the report again i find old width. This process takes along time when i have a lot of number of columns.

It depends on how the report was created; ideally if this is a custom ABAP report the developer allows the end user to create and save a layout and make that part of the selection criteria. ALV should also have a default layout.
