Hello Asjad,

Currently it only allows to add the Installation Point of type/category as 'Registered Product' under 'Maintenance Plan Item' facet in C4C UI.

***Please See:You can refer the help center document with key "Add Registered Products to Maintenance Plans" and other related to 'Registered Product' / 'Installation Points' for more details.

Hope this answer your query.

Best Regards,
Ankush Pashine.

Hello Asjad,

You can post the requirement with your business case in Customer Influence Site [New Idea Place], so that SAP product management can further take over after valuation (if appropriate and comes with more partners/customers).

Do set the post as answered if your query been answered by me .

Regards,

Ankush.

Hi

Replication from SAP ERP is available for the same. Basically, Equipments in SAP ERP are replicated as Registered Products in C4C. Functional locations in SAP ERP are replicated as Installation Points in C4C (of type functional location). Uni directional replication from ERP to C4C is available.

Like how Equipments have sub equipments, similarly registered products have Items which can be added.

You must check the Installed Base work center for all this functionality.
