Report FMRP_FW_budcon - 500 lines allowed

Hi experts

we are using BCS for budget and using the report FMRP_FW_BUDCON. after executing the report if we have to drill down to the line item level we using the option " document Journal" on the left corner of the screen. but we observe that report only displays 500 lines. because of which the amount in the document journal report and the amount in the FMRP_FW_BUDCON does not tally.

when we use the option "document Journal w/selection. sometimes system displays all line items and sometimes the message of 500 lines pop up. this again does not reconcile the figures.

This is not the way Former budget works. FB displays the full lines when lines are called from FMRP_3FMB4006.

Also the users had been advised to use the report FMRP_RFFMEP1AX after using the FMRP_FW_BUDCON to get full view and also to change the maximum number of lines. but there is a resistance to this from the user community since FB doesn't work like this. Anyone faced this situation before and how they came around.
