qa11 transction

hi,

in QA11 i am clearing the open lot qty that are generated after inspection.our case for a particualr open lot alone we cant able to create the usage decision as it is giving error message that the function cannot be carried out.

when we go for the detail information, it is showing message that CRTD created.how to solve this problem.

kindly guide me.
