CO-PA reports Text is not available - KMVTNR in Object list

Hi SAPers,

We are on ECC6.0.

We have a COPA characteristic of representative/sales representatives (partner role VE) transferred from SD (KMVTNR).

The text/name of this COPA characteristic - sales representatives, is correctly displayed in one of COPA report (both Graphical report output + Object list report) , however, now copying both its form and created a new report based on this report, its Object list report does not include text/name of sales representatives characteristics.

So the issue is that the text/name of sales representatives in COPA is included in one report, but its copied report does not show it.

Would any of you have faced such an issue? Please shed some light on whether there is any correction/repair program in CO-PA report Texts such as this strange behavior.

Can you refer to the following KBA to solve the issue?

If the problem cannot be solved after you used the solution of this KBA, please let us know.
