ITS Application : Visual Editor Initialisation problem.

Hi Experts,

I have created ITS application and tried Visual Editor. But I am getting below screen.

System version

SAP_BASIS 740 0013 SAPKB74013

Kernel Release - 745.

Can anyone please help me with this?

Hi Oisin,

i tried with the same Client in different Locations. So it worked in one Location and not in others. So it has nothing to do with the Client, but the Network.

are all the clients using the same SAPGUI Version?

anyone found a solution to this issue? We have the same issue.

But it's working on different Clients. So i believe it has nothign to do with the Server package Level or Server kernel, but the Client.

See if the following note is relevant:

2212039 - ITSmobile Visual Editor: Element type FRAME_TMPL not supported

if searching for SAP notes. Use the term

"ITSMobile visual editor"

and notes should be located in the following two components:

BC-FES-ITS
BC-DWB-TOO-WAB

I waited for about 30 mins, I could see above screen in still state.

Yes it happens every time.

For about 1 min it was processing, and after that loading Icon won't move.

Am I missing anything?

It happens while you editing this screen or you have finish editing and just to have a look at it?

It seems that you have not published it.

Please run Transaction SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT and Report SIAC_REGENERATE_TEMPLATES.
