Reassigning plant to different company code

We are implementing SAP S/4 HANA 1610. We have finalised the configuration but not yet gone live. There is some test data in development and quality system but no data in production.

We have created 4 company codes 2000,3000,4000 and 5000. Under 5000 company code there is a plant 5010.

Now we want to reassign the plant 5010 under 5000 company code to company code 2000 and delete company code 5000 permanently. Please note we have not gone live and not set these company codes productive as yet. but there is some test data in all these company codes in development and production. we have uploaded master data in production under company code 200, 3000 and 4000 but no data is uploaded or extended in company code 5000 in production

Please guide how to meet this new requirement of business before we go live

Transaction OX18 allows it technically to re-assign a plant to another company code.
